The USO 3 and USO 2 product lines consist of two separate processes, which by the resulting synergy, lead to an advanced water disinfection process.
Process 1) The Ultrasound Unit
The Ultrasound Units transfer ultrasonic energy directly into the water through ceramic transducers. This method of ultrasound transfer contradicts traditional configurations. Our method leads leads to low power consumption while at the same time transmitting high frequencies to the water with minimum transfer losses.
Efficiency is maximized further by independently controlling the driving frequency of each transducer. The control system automatically calibrates each transducer to perform at its maximum effectiveness by operating each at their individual resonant frequencies.
Process 2) The OptimiXer.
The OptimiXer is a newly developed process for thoroughly dissolving gas in liquids. A benefit over traditional gas dispersion technologies is that the OptimiXer operates independent of the liquid flowrates giving the operator a much more flexible setup. Energy savings are also achieved due to the near negligible pressure drops associated with the system. Gas dissolving is achieved through easy control and efficient operation. |
